Looking Back at 2018

What motivates TenCate Geosynthetics to be the world’s best in infrastructure solutions? You do.

We truly care about the people who work for us and the people whose lives are affected by the work we do. For projects large and small, we’re thinking of parents who depend on smooth roads to take their child to school every day, the families vacationing on the beach, and the importance of environmental energy for generations to come.

That’s why over the last year we’ve shared some of our favorite moments on social media about the people we work with and the products that showcase our commitment to corporate social responsibility. In turn, you showed us what connects you with our company.

Here are your top three favorite posts from 2018:

One in every eight women are diagnosed with breast cancer. While there’s still no cure for this atrocious disease, our team at TenCate Geosynthetics remains dedicated to bringing awareness and support to those affected. This year, our Water and Environment Division wrapped their products in pink during the month of October before sending them to customers around the world.

We find so much joy in celebrating with our partners and customers! We want everyone to be part of the TenCate family, so when the people we work with have a beautiful new baby like Kody and Katie from Geotec Industrial Supply Inc, we want to spread the news! Share your photos with us, tell us about your achievements and what’s important to you. At TenCate Geosynthetics, nothing is more important than making the optimal products and providing the best solutions to improve the lives of our families and friends.

We can tell you why our solutions are the best, but seeing is believing. The behind-the-scenes video of the CR330 machine capping a pond from Cemex's quarry operations was in the top three posts of the last year. Our TenCate contractors were able to complete the entire field steaming and gently cover it with earth as to not disturb the surrounding environment and wildlife habitat. Bringing you more exclusive access like this has been an excellent experience for us to connect even further with our customers, and we are looking forward to more opportunities to do so!
