Mirafi® S-Series nonwoven polypropylene geotextiles are used for protection in Environmental, Natural Resources and Energy Infrastructure projects such as liner protection in solid waste landfills, fracking ponds, and other water management systems. Mirafi® S-Series nonwovens provide exceptional durability along with high puncture resistance, transmissivity and permittivity. Functions

Mirafi® S600 is a 6oz/sy nonwoven geotextile with a thickness of 80 mils that can be used for cushioning and protection, separation and subsurface drainage applications.

Mirafi® S800

Mirafi® S800 is an 8oz/sy nonwoven geotextile with a thickness of90 mils that can be used for cushioning and protection, separation and subsurface drainage applications

Mirafi® S1000

Mirafi® S1000 is a 10oz/sy nonwoven geotextile with a thickness of 115 mils that can be used for cushioning and protection, separation and subsurface drainage applications. Mirafi® S1000 meets AREMA “Regular” classification for railroad track separation and stabilization.

Mirafi® S1200

Mirafi® S1200 is12oz/sy nonwoven geotextile with a thickness of 130 mils that can be used for cushioning and protection, separation and subsurface drainage applications. Mirafi® S1200 meets AREMA “Heavy” classification for track stabilization and separation.

Mirafi® S1600

Mirafi® S1600 is a 16oz/sy nonwoven geotextile with a thickness of 175 mils that can be used for cushioning and protection, separation and subsurface drainage applications. Mirafi® S1600 meets AREMA “Extra Heavy” classification for track stabilization and separation.
