Provide general product support and perform internally focused product management duties. Routinely interact with engineers, sales, customer service, marketing, manufacturing, purchasing, and customers.
- Provide product specification review to determine appropriate product for application
- Provide technical support via email, live chat or telephone
- Manage and control product management databases to include product style set up, product specifications, and maintenance
- Interface with manufacturing, product development, and Sales to assist in developing and review of product information
- Prepare and submit project submittals and technical letter which include Department of Transportation, Engineers, and other agencies
- Assist in the development and review of product literature
- As candidate develops he/she will learn to provide product recommendations by application, provide product training and presentations
- Ability to multi task
- Good communication skills
